It heats up in seconds, the mop head is a good size, and I especially love the material in the mop pad and that it just sticks on with velcro. A huge improvement over the Bissell I replaced it with.

I bought this steamer to clean my laminate floors and have been pleased with the results. It is easy to use, not too heavy when full of water and does a great job removing spots from dog drool. Heats up quickly to produce steam.
