Dance Off the Inches: Belly Dance (DVD)

This video is fun although it is very hard to do the arm and leg movements at the same time. I could do the instructional portion of the dvd, but when it came to the actual exercise it was very difficult. Seems like it would take a lot of practice to be able to get a good workout from this dvd.

Just to show the other side of the coin. Some were excited about this video. I found it ridiculously fast, and more like "Dance Step Aerobics with a Touch of Eastern Flavor." I was annoyed.
