This is the first liquid liner I have had any sucess with. It comes in a pen form, and you can either make it a thin line on your lids or a thicker line. It does seem to stay put. I used it on a hot day and it didn't run.

Great quality and value. Its like drawing with a fine tip marker. Also no smugging. I had to buy one for my daughter and niece just to prove to them how good this product is. They LOVED it.
