I hung my wreaths on my windows outside and they've stayed up so far. I did test them out though. One of the hooks I didn't wet prior to hanging up the wreath and that hook along with the wreath fell. So it looks like you should wet the hooks first.

Sticks pretty well. I ordered 6 for my big outdoor wreaths. One fell off a couple of times but seems to be sticking now.
