This product is not worth the money. I only gave it three stars because it still works. First off, it smells like mold and mildew. Secondly, it is very hard to clean properly. Lastly, the remote that came with it does not work half the time.

The plastic piece that hooks to the back of the air conditioner doesn't fit! This needs to be fixed or improved on by the company! Other than that the air conditioner it's self works well!
