I liked that it dissolved very quick. The elderberry taste was there although it was a little bitter or tart. I received a few of the Sambucol products thru Tryazon. I was honestly surprised of how they tasted. Great time of year to have these products around.

I love having these when my family starts to catch colds. It's a more natural way to help prevent or speed up the cold illness so you either don't get the cold or the symptoms aren't as bad or stay as long.

Works great to boost my immune system to ward off cold symptoms when they start. Lasts longer than the liquid. Tablets melt on the tongue. Doesn't taste great but it works so I'll take it. Recommend
