Just received and this A.C. is awesome. It's in showroom new condition and it really puts out freezing cold air. Bought the 3 year warranty for "just in case". 100 degrees Heat here today and cool as a cucumber inside. Well worth the money including the warranty.

I live in a hot, dry climate. 90°+. It cools my kitchen and front room an hall. My apartment is 950 sq ft. I also use an oscillating fan. I run it most of day at 74°. Noise level is average. It's an air conditioner. I did lots if research. Get it. You won't regret it.
