Exactly as it was shown online! I put it together in about 1 hour and I am 76 years young. I LOVE IT. I purchased to relieve back aches as I am at the computer almost all day long. NO BACK ACHES YET!

I'm 5'2 and this chair is perfect for my height. The only downfall is the seat cushion has lost some of it's density so it could use a better seat cushion. Other than that it's fairly awesome and comfortable.
