Used it just a few weeks and the plastic clamp nut that keeps the shower head in place cracked. It was NEVER over-tightened. I am a contractor myself and I know better. It is a poor design because if anyone tries to move the head just a tad too far it snaps that plastic nut. I was Leary when ...

I bought this for the fact that is has an adjustable ball joint, but unless it is perfectly straight it sprays water everywhere! Poor design, be aware that it does NOT ADJUST!
