Bought this book for my daughter and I to use after the baby starts to eat real food. Haven't tried any of the purees, but will soon. Book is full of all good kinds of information to get you started feed healthy organic foods, for baby and whole family. Highly recommend.

Makes me feel great knowing my son is eating healthy. I also like how I have a variety of different ways to make things, this way he will never be bored with the same meal. Plus this will last him up till he is a year old, longer depending on the meals.
