[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one week ago and a love it. The only thing is the cover with a little open ring. We had to had more water in the pot. At 350 F we cooked turkey breast. He is doing good job.

We needed a pot that was larger than the one that comes with the basic set. This is every bit of magnificent as the others. Starfrit makes some of the best cookware we've ever seen or tried. Nothing sticks, nothing burns. If you wash it properly and don't use abrasive sponges or abrasive cleaners...

Perfectly sized, beats any non-stick pan I've ever owned and used. I think of it as cast iron without the weight. This has become my favorite and go-to brand and model for nearly everything I cook. For aluminum cookware, I don't think it can be beat for quality, durability, and ease of cleaning.
