This is the quality I have come to expect with Cuisinart products. My only surprise is that the bottom "bonded" part is aluminum, not steel. It doesn't contact the food, but I am concerned that it won't stand up to heat as well as steel.

I like this 3 Quart Saucepan. I like the quality, the size and the value. I like the fact that it takes less heat to cook and works great on my glass top induction burner. So far I have not had any cleaning problems or staining problems.

I was actually afraid of stainless steal. I thought it would be hard to keep it shining and beautiful. I was totally wrong. Its beautiful and cooks wonderfully. Love it.

Slightly heavier than I thought it would be. Cooks evenly and cleans easily for stainless. Happy with my purchase!
