It looks like the real deal, not cheap at all. Very thick vinyl. Not easy to cut through. I ended up using my miter saw to make the straight cuts because my hands got tired. I was using a utility knife and utility scissors, which do work but take up a lot of effort.

The 3D look makes it seem like real tile. Definitely use a spray bottle of dish soap and water to spray on wall before you place the panel so you can move it if needed.
