Provides exercise for my arthritic hands and warmth while doing it. In a short time has given me increased flexibility. Why dont they carry this in the stores for arthritis!..I couldnt find it anywhere in stock at local stores. Had to order on line and wait..but was delivered sooner than expected.

These are kind of like a blue polyester tennis ball that you can heat or cool and use to relieve body aches. I heat mine and the lay on it to provide warmth and pressure on certain areas of my back where I experience recurring pain. They work great and last for years.
