it arrived on time and in good shape. i have no complaints about the product and i will be ordering again! i will say that if you are new to using creatine, after the loadig phase, you only need to take a teaspoon of creatine everyday according to research!

I about 1-2 weeks you'll see slight results then after a month you'd look totally different and not even realize it
