Used to use metal chain to pull pallet from container but found sometimes hard to grab the pallet until find this product. So easy and reliable. Great product.

Best tool ever. Use this thing almost daily. We don't have a shipping dock and therefore cannot drive the hi lo Ingo the truck. All I need to do is hook this to the hi lo, grab the pallet, then pull it to the rear of the truck where it can be safely lifted off then stored inside the building
