These frames are great! Opening size is 22x26 but the frame's actual dimensions are 22x28. They use Plexi glass isntead of actual glass, which I like since they won't easily break. The frame is a nice semigloss black. It doesn't have a traditional saw-tooth hook but two triangle hangers on all 4 ...
