i use this whenever i feel the symptoms of a flu coming on and it has been a blessing. It lessens the symptoms (sometimes stops them) and has me feeling better in no time. A related product, Coldcalm, is excellent when you feel a child coming on too!!

I bought this thinking it was the medication to help with getting rid of the flu quicker. It ended up not being what I thought it was BUT it did seem to help my husband out while he was sick! It's an all natural alternative. I'd buy it again if we need to!
