The brackets were fairly easy to install. The hardest part was removing the tail light assemblies. Very hard to pull out, but was worth it in the end. It works well and very easy to remove if you don't need it.

I debated installing this over the factory Bracketed OEM mounts for fear of messing up the drill holes and then having issues with rust later.
