Awesome product. At first we thought it was defective as it wouldn't auto drain however, we found the drain hose was plugged. All good now! Great unit. Very quiet and lessnoisy.

It was easy to set up in my basement. I did have to get a hose so it would drain continuously because I was emptying it every 4 hours or so. Works great and easy to use

This dehumidifier is absolutely fantastic. It removes humidity by the ton in no time. It was delivered to my front door even though there are 20 difficult steps to get to it. I was very surprised by how fast it was delivered
