What a great product, we have had this system now through two sets of furbabies. It's easy to replace the flap and once replaced it's just like it was when we first installed it in door over 15 something years ago. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

After 10 years and countless thousands of ins/ outs by out two little furry kids, the original door flaps wore out. Excellent instructions, a Phillips screwdriver, and 15 minutes late both inside and outside flaps were changed. Door now good for another 10 years. Excellent product.

I bought this 10 years ago and so far the only thing that needs to be replaced are the plastic flaps. I have 3 very active dogs and this proved to be a good product. Now I just need to get the replacements and this would be good for another 10 years. Also Whre I live there is a very harsh weath...
