The only thing i can recommend is to caulk the fixed panel before installing the sliding door. Looks great at a great price.

These doors are great with a gentle glide to open and close. My only wish is that there wasn't a small area between the sliding door and stationery door where I cannot get to for cleaning the glass. I would definitely purchase this again.
