Bought a delta tub shower faucet 144984C-OB-A. Has no handle and cannot seem to get one anywhere. Contacted Delta by e mail and phone and still no handle. Need help.

How do you sell a complete shower set without the piece that goes inside the tub spout? Not only did it not come with it I can not get it anywhere locally. Very disappointed in Delta brand at this point.
