This was a really good movie from beginning to end. I took my Mom to see this in the theater and she thought it was going to be scary but she loved it and talked about it for days afterwards.

I loved the telling of the story from before the rising. I liked how I cared for the apes. I got teary-eyed and angry. It was a great story. It could have been better. But I think it was an excellent summer blockbuster movie.

This is a very entertaining movie. I purchased it so I could follow the story-line since they have released part 2, DAWN OF THE APES.
