I had a missing piece and contacted the manufacturer via Amazon seller contact. They quickly resolved the issue. The drill bits cut fast and clean (used it on 1/4" mild steel for 8 holes so far) but make sure you use plenty of cutting oil. I'm just a DIYer and this meets my needs at a great price...
