Easy to assemble. Large cooking area, skid proof, and top turned upside down doesn't move or wobble.

I like the fact that I can cook for a large household at one time. One thing I notice is that if you turn it off or close to off, it cools down really fast. So if you need to cook more after you finish one batch, you need to make sure you don't turn it down too low. I have liked it so far.

This large electric skillet works well and cleans up easily. Over time it does develope a dark ring along the heating element, but this has no bearing on the use of the skillet.
