The retractable locking pin that allows rotation of the reel wobbles out of the hole while winding the hose back on the reel causing the reel to move thus requiring you to stop and reengage pin, over and over!

I was under the belief that it was made of aluminum and paid more for this model. \nThere is some aluminum but mostly steel. \nVery dissapointed.

I live in FL and installed the unit 3 month ago. It is sturdy and looks good. However, parts on it have already started to rust and the pivot post is difficult to pull up. Looks like I'll have to lubricate it often.
