just finished installing. it was more of a job than i expected. first you take the ac apart from the housing.. you remove screws, remove the front, detach the wires, then pull the unit away from the housing in order to install the window rails and side rails. once that is done you install the sid...

Install is a bit of pain having to remove the case to install the window rails. But good cold ac.
