Bought this for my 92 yo mother ... actually was the second one I'd purchased for her as the first one was lost somehow. This remote is simple (not many buttons) and the large buttons are easy to read. Set up was easy.

got this for my folks, their volume control button was malfunctioning. It was perfect, small with BIG buttons, only basic use features and because it was a sony tv it was plug "n" play. You still need the original remote for advanced features
