I am happy with the Filemate and the price. Its only flaw is when it is in the triangle fold to hold the iPad viewing it the tall way its not super sturdy (it folded I mean). Other then that happy with my purchase of all.

I like that when you close the cover it puts my Ipad to sleep and the cover is not heavy or bulky.

This is a great product and and price. For half the price of other brands this cover went beyond my expectations for it. It fits perfectly onto my iPad and is sturdy. Sme others I've seen are flimsy and don't stay very well. The magnet also holds the cover in place very well.

Many of the reviewers that owned the 3rd generation iPad said that this product's magnet will not work. I disagree with what they have to say.
