First time user and was a bit intimidated. However, it was easy to use, easy to clean and delicious! I was going to store the VitaClay on my shelf but loved it so much I made room on my counter. Way better than a stock pot on top of the stove--especially in the summer. Thanks

I now have a great piece of mind that there are no harsh materials in my crock-pot. Food cooks faster and is incredible with flavors. The silicon vents captures the escaping steam and adds it back into the food. Since receiving the 6 quart we having been cooking more often at home.

So far, I have only used it to make bone broth. It was great! Cooked so much faster than crock pot. The taste was very good. I used drumsticks and am happy to say the chicken still tasted like chicken. In otherwords the flavor was not cooked out of it and the broth was excellent!

These are definitely fabulous new additions to my cooking tools. In fact, I am not sure I will want to cook in anything else. I got both so I'd have two different sizes, but actually the crock pot is best for larger amounts of liquid like soups, and the smaller is best for stews where I don't wan...
