This unit fits the 12x12 room I put it in very well. I like its many features including the supplemental heat. Would be nice if it could switch between cooling and heating automatically. At this time of year daytime temps are in the 80's and night time in the 50's. I like to keep it at 68 degrees...

I installed it in a wall. It was fairly easy. It works great in my enclosed patio. Cools and heats very well. I've had the chance to use both in this Texas fall. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Looked over a lot of window units that did heat and a/c.. I decided on the fridgidaire because of the price and the name (fridgidaire is a quality brand).. I couldn't be more happy.. it cools the room off in no time at all (I went with a little larger unit for the space, I suggest you should too)...
