good quality comes with 2 nuts and 2 bolts hex heads 3'' long zinc coated , made in china but seem to be as strong as the rest . worked for my project . good solid threads that don't strip

As bolts go these are sturdy and should hold up without needing to be replaced soon. Not too hard to apply, depending on the place you are going to use them.
