satisfied with this product! it does gets the room cooled down. Im not a big fan of fans but i love this one, few minutes after turning it on cools the room down and it isnt too loud which is a plus. remote control is a bit annoying to use because I have to angle it and point a certain way for it...

The fan itself is very good. Not so much for the remote. After inserting the batteries, the remote got so hot it burn my hands, then taking out the batteries they were so hot. It burn my hand again.

Good air flow....remote has to be close to fan to work..
