Overall, pretty good! The only thing I didnt like was the tube attachment from the window to the machine. It's difficult to get the tube to latch on both sides. Once I got everything hooked up, it works really well. Cools my room nicely.

Okay...so...the manual, AGGRAVATING! Do yourself a favor and set up the window part first! Do NOT put the sticky foam on until you are certain it's how you want - that stuff is a bear to get off. I'm using the upper drainage with a bucket and suggest you skip the first step of putting the drain...

Easy set up. Cools down my bedroom well. Relatively quiet.

Very quiet and keeps my room cool. I love the option for just fan too. We have a Haier portable and was hoping to get another, but they are no longer available. This is a great alternative!

I was skeptical about buying this as there were not many reviews about it. But this is great! Within a short period of time it cooled off my bedroom. Somewhat difficult to put together but its definitely worth buying. Plan on getting another one for my living room.
