When i unpacked it and put the battrey on charge it dod not charge even afyereavinf it flr over a aday. Tried to call the 1 (800) 487-5951 and was on hold for an hour but no one from customer service picked up. I also tried to buy new battery but there is no way you can find it online

Great idea but poorly executed. Battery life is not enough to complete trimming a small yard with about 400 ft of edging to do. Tried to purchase another battery and it has been discontinued. Can't find one anywhere.

The battery hardly lasts a year and it impossible to get a replacement one. This company just a garbage producer because now I would have to throw everything away after 1 year of use.

I like parts of it very much,the hedge trimmer the weedeater. The leaf blower is not that great. The battery will only run about 15 to 20 minutes max before it gets hot and stops running. It takes about an hour for it to cool down before it will start to charge again
