The Fluidmaster toilet tank rebuild kit only took me about an hour, and the provided tools were spot on. The only tool I needed was a wide Phillips screw driver to keep the tank screws from turning whilst loosening the hex bolts. Provided instructions were clear and concise.

Unfortunately we did not need the whole kit but now we have extra parts if they are ever needed. The parts we did use were easily installed and if you are unsure if you can install them there are very good videos on YouTube that show the basics needed to do the job.

This is about as idiot proof as you can get. Total time 30 minutes. I did read the instructions the night before. I did not replace the gasket between the floor and the toilet. I don't know why you would unless it was leaking. I have Koehler high profile toilets. Everything worked. One ite...
