I have used this product since around 2001. It has never let me down. I especially appreciate the pop up boxes that provide additional information about topics you might not understand. You can use them without navigating away from the topic you are working on.

auto program updates failed every time (4 different updates) in 2023 Federal and State tax returns. Needed to manually update Federal by download each Mac OS update from their web site. The State App was not available online so had to get from customer support.

Overall, H&R Block got me through taxes, but I think they fell short on the State Level, and, especially, things from the state data that I needed for Federal taxes. I had to spend a lot of time on my own to figure out how to apply Publication 525 Recoveries data regarding "special situation" of ...
