The metal is extremely difficult to clean. Beware of how small this set actually is.

Cast iron casseroles were too small. Didn't imagine a use for them. The stainless steel set was beautiful. But I returned the combo set. Would have helped to have sizes for cast iron items, to make an informed choice.
