Exterior gets extremely hot. Have to keep it at least 6" away from any wall on both sides and back. Dangerous!

It has a nice capacity. I can put casserole dishes inside and use it instead of the big oven to heat left overs. In my other house I had 2 ovens and I dearly missed the 2nd oven. This works great as a substitute.

firstly, it does not fit 9x 13 pans, I tested using my 13x9 pan.. I bought refurbished, don't do that, there was a heel size dent in appliance lid, and handle broken but the appliance performed flawlessly, so far..the 'return warehouse' was very negligent with this item, luckily I bought a warran...
