    I have to first say that I do not have diabetes. But I do have fibromyalgia and read any book that I can on any condition hoping that it will help me eat right to lose some of this weight I have put on from the fibro. I have to say that I found it useful in ways but really not a good read the way...

    While this book had a lot of good information, I found the format scattered. Her numerous "interviews" spread the information out in such a way that the key information was hard to access for me.

    Book seems to aim mostly at Type 1 diabetics, but most of the info can be used for Type 2 as well. There seems to be some reasonably good information in here, but the format and lack of organization of the chapters doesn't help convey the info in the most accessible manner.
