Mainstays 4-Drawer Dresser, Espresso

In process of returning this awful item. It took a long time to assemble. The cardboard drawers are awful. Pictures will explain reasons. How do I get this returned. Its heavy. I'm recently released from hospital. This should be picked up at my apt. 501 door in our condo building.

Item arrived cracked on one side. Cannot put together. I was told although box was damaged, product was ok. Was the last part out of box so now I have to try to fit it all back in and lug it back to store. I'm 7 months pregnant and it's really frustrating.

I recently purchased this for $69 in the store and after several hours of putting together mislabeled parts the “easy gliding” drawers will not go in the dresser at all. Also, there should be stronger brackets that connect the drawer pieces together because I had to buy a new one due to cracking....

This is the biggest piece of junk I've ever bought. My sons clothes are constantly falling out the bottom of the drawers as they don't stay in place! In order to open the third drawer, the top two above it have to be open. I followed directions to a T when assembling and it seemed great at first...
