So far so good! We have a damp Michigan basement that is about 1000 sq ft. We opted for the 50 pint / 4500 sq ft unit to help dry the place out. The drain attachment is nice for a floor drain or sink. Seems to be functioning as intended so far. I do have other fans around to circulate air.

Absolutely love this product, I have it in my finished basement pumping up and out into the first floor outside flower garden , the air quality in my basement has dramatically changed for the better including removing damp odors , wish I got this sooner thank you !
