So far so good, received quickly and in perfect condition. Install was simple. Only tried it out once so far but seems to do what it's supposed to. First time ever using a bidet so nothing to compare it to. Seems like it's well made of decent quality materials.

Installed in 10minutes. No warm water feature but water is cool and comfortable. Guys perfectly under my toilet seat! Happy with my purchase.
