Perfect fit. I've tried other brief cup supporters and most do not provide for a tight fitting cup. The shock doctor one does a great job!

This will come from a different angle. I am an adult, but prefer very tight for cups and the device holding them in place. These briefs are great, fit just slightly larger than expected but still a good fit. They are comfortable and keep the cup placed properly through a range of motions.

They seem built well. They're just too small. I'm a medium in everything else but these in medium were much too small.
