this did not even last 3 years in my house. The product leaks within 3 years in my house and not well made. I am sad that I choose this brand for my house.

I was convinced that my husband had not installed the tub handle correctly because it did not fit flush into the trim piece. The screws to the trim piece are visible. Then I saw the video on this sight and see that that is just the way it is. This does not look good at all.

I have all Moen faucets in my house and just found out that I should be turning the faucet on once a week to prevent the cartridge from getting stuck and not providing any hot water. Just seems like a poor design if I have to turn every shower on once a week. Now I have to buy the removal tool ...

Bought a new build house December 2015. All shower faucets installed are Moen T2157 and all are difficult to turn now and one shower faucet broke completely. Water cannot be shut off only at main water control. We currently have no running water in the house until it can be fixed!!
