I have bought several various bacon cookers over the years: microwave ones, self-contained ones, etc. but I have to say this is absolutely the best I've ever run across.

Best thing since sliced bread. Cooks bacon excellent. We also throw stuffed mushrooms and stuffed peppers on the rack.

After I used it few time, I felt the taste of bacon is different as the fry pan. The fry pan cooking is more tasty but Gotham bacon rack tray can save up more timing for my breakfast preperation, that I think is OK, it is still a good accessories you can think to have it.
