I was impressed. It "fried" perfectly and the juice that went into the bottom pan, cleaned easily. I washed it in the dish washer and it cleaned perfectly. Glad I purchased it.

Works just as advertised and is beautiful can be displaid as we do on a hanging plot rack. Do note that if you want to maintain the looks, you need to hand wash.
