Found out when using on stairs the Steel between the Wheels would put grooves in the stairs I fixed the problem by going to the auto parts store and getting door Edge strips there plastic I cut them to fit and glued them on and now the cart works great and does not hurt the stares at all

I use to tote 60-90 pound loads up/down a 14 step flight of carpeted stairs. The extended handle makes it much easier then using a normal hand cart, and the triple wheel design allows for better control. Kind of pricey, but seems sturdy and likely to last.
