I bought this two years ago and I'm glad I did. My husband made me a couple of poles with a notch for the line and I use those to help support the weight of the wet clothes. I use this in our backyard down in FL. My husband takes it down to store out of the sun while we are north for the summer.

I had this same model with a plastic bracket for years, but the sun eventually made it brittle and the bracket broke. This model is improved with a metal bracket, and it has the same features which always worked perfectly. I'm looking forward to many years of use from this new model.

Seems well made. The wall bracket was a little thin. Added reinforcement to prevent bending (from heavy wet clothes) during use.
